Located in Scarborough, Ontario Salaheddin Islamic Centre is a Canadian mosque noted for its outspoken Imam Aly Hindy One of its key founders was Hassan Farhat.

The Islamic Centre of Oshawa is the first purpose built mosque in the City of Oshawa, which was opened to the public in early June 2012.  Since the mosque was built, it has become a focal point for the Muslim community. Over the years, Muslims/non-Muslims have used this mosque’s premises for events such as meetings, lectures, studies, community and educational purposes.

Masjid Al-Farooq is named after the second Khalifah of Islam, Umar Al-Farooq. It was established in 1987 as the first Masjid in the city of Mississauga. The mosque is situated on an acre of land in the heart of a residential area in the centre of Mississauga densely populated with Muslims.

Al Ansar Islamic Center of Toronto, widely known as Masjid Al Ansar, was established by a group of Afghani brothers in 1991. Within a few weeks of being established, a good number of non-Afghani brothers, mostly Arabs from the neighbourhood, started coming to the Masjid.

Established in early 1974, Madinah Masjid in a span of three decades has become one of the leading Islamic Centers in North America. A source of guidance and knowledge, it is a center catering to the needs of Muslims in the Greater Toronto Area, helping the Muslims fulfill their Islamic obligations and spiritual needs as well as to promote Islam within and outside of the community through an exemplary applied model in accordance with the original teaching of Quran and Sunnah.

The Islamic Society of Peel, Jame Makki Masjid is one of the pioneer Masjids in the Greater Toronto Area. In the 1970's Brampton was only a town with a handful of Muslims. For the Friday prayer these Muslims would drive all the way to Jame Masjid in Toronto.

Al-Hussain Foundation is a non-profit organization established under Canadian Federal Law in 1989 and is managed by a Board of Trustees. The Foundation has a Center located at 10992 Kennedy Road, Markham, Ontario. At this location can be found the Al-Hussain Mosque and Janatt Wadi Al-Salaam Cemetery.
